SICO Reports Net Earnings of $11.2 Million for 2003 and

For SICO INC. (SIC/TSX), Canada’s leading paint and coatings company, the fiscal year ended December 26, 2003 was highlighted by a significant expansion and optimization of its operational base, along with a very solid financial performance. Sales totalled $283.6 million, compared to $257.0 million in 2002, an increase of 10.4% attributable to the acquisition of PARA Inc. on May 5, 2003, combined with the Architectural Sector’s internal growth.
